Our women’s leadership program serves as an exemplary talent development program targeting high impact women across different fields and sectors. We provide the skills and resources necessary for women to avoid falling through the gaps in the leadership pipeline.

Through our program of workshops, we motivate and inspire women to stop obsessing and start living! We are a vehicle to initiate conversations about beauty and self-esteem while encouraging each woman to use their voice, talents and passions to make a difference in their individual way.

Participation in our programs are at no charge and based on submitted applications. Tuition is funded through our fundraising initiatives.
