The NBloom Program

Since its inception in 2021, The NBloom program has been our signature, groundbreaking leadership program that focuses on empowering young girls between the ages of 13 to 19 to become future Leaders.

The program is dedicated to supporting girls living in underserved communities by providing them with essential leadership training, mentorship, and resources that will foster gender equality and break the cycle of systemic discrimination.

By training young girls in leadership, we directly address these imbalances by equipping them with the skills, knowledge, and confidence needed to challenge traditional gender roles and expectations.

The NBloom Program helps girls to see themselves as capable leaders, which can significantly influence their educational and career aspirations, enabling them to live their lives to the highest potential.

Program Activities

Training

Over an 8-week virtual training period, participants develop vital leadership skills such as communication, decision-making, problem-solving, goal setting, community engagement, and resilience. This training includes interactive workshops, guest speakers, and group activities.

Mentorship

Upon the completion of the leadership training, participants are matched with experienced female executive leaders in the USA who can inspire and mentor them by providing the participants with guidance and support through their leadership journey, while choosing the best career paths that suits their personalities and talents.

Internship / Apprenticeship

Participants who perform highly in their training can apply for internship opportunities at given firms and organizations in the USA. These internship opportunities are limited in number and aim to provide participants with real-world experience and exposure to different career paths. These internships have a possibility to become full-time employment.
