The NBloom Program is a Women’s Leadership Program that serves as an exemplary talent development program targeting women and girls across the globe. The program supplies skills and resources necessary for women and girls to avoid falling through the gaps in the leadership pipeline. Through the program activities, we work on motivating and inspiring young women to stop obsessing and start living! We focus on starting conversations that encourage each participant to use their voice, talents, and passions to make a difference in their individual way.
