SistersNBloom is a women-owned and women-led non-profit organization (501(c)(3) dedicated to building self-esteem and confidence in women and girls. Our leadership workshops provide life tools that inspire women to start living on purpose! We are a resource to initiate conversations about leadership, beauty, self-esteem and encourage women to use their voices, talents, and passions to make a difference in the lives of others.
Our mission is to positively empower women and girls living in disadvantaged environments by equipping them with resources and connecting them to opportunities that will enable them to live their lives to their fullest potential.
Our vision is to live in a society where EQUALITY is the foundation of PROSPERITY. Where women and girls have equal opportunities to access quality education, competitive pay, career advancement, representation in economic and political decision-making, with contributions that are recognized and respected.

GOAL 1: NO POVERTY
SistersNBloom focus on alleviating poverty in all its shape and form by ensuring equal rights to economic resources and basic services are offered to women and girls.
GOAL 4: EQUALITY EDUCATION
We ensure there is inclusive and equitable provision of quality education and promotion of long life learning for every woman and girl.
GOAL 5: GENDER EQUALITY
We target to achieve gender equality and empower women and girls by supporting initiatives that focus on ending all forms of discrimination and violence against women.
GOAL 8: DECENT WORK & ECONOMIC GROWTH
Is the central theme for all our programs as we seek to promote sustained, inclusive, and sustainable economic growth and productive employment for women and girls.
GOAL 10: REDUCED INEQUALITIES
We support the reduction of social, financial, and political inequities by promoting equal pay in the workplace and encouraging women to participate in leadership roles.
